Great service. I worked with Adam to get a machine for rental. Great set up at the store (big kids toys r us) and clear information regarding insurance and their policies up front. I appreciated that.

Hands down the best customer service. I have done a lot of business with various companies dealing in equipment and equipment parts and bobcat is by far the best customer service I’ve experienced. This is coming from a guy that has been to companies across Georgia almost twice a week for the past 7 years and this location is just the best staff I’ve dealt with. I actually look forward to going here.

Y’all! Any time I have called, needed service, ordered parts, inquired about a new machine, the team at Bobcat has been fantastic. Recently I purchased a new auger but for my MT100- a 36” monster! It was bigger than the 24-30” that I actually needed but was what they had in stock and available. I purchased it and loaded it up. When I got to my job site and tried to use it, I realized I had purchased one that was simply to big for the auger drive and machine I have. I called Justin in parts, more accurately, I texted him- he called me. I told him what I did wrong and asked if they could help me out. I fully expected to have to sell this brand new auger but myself. He asked some some questions and then asked me to bring it up so they could inspect it. It was still brand new. Justin worked with me and made sure I was taken care of. Super helpful and quite frankly, the best customer service I have ever had with landscape/construction equipment. Even even worked in the rain to help me out. Who does that?!!

Bobcat of Atlanta is definitely first class in the way they treat their customers. Able is a great sales representative that definitely treats you with ultimate respect and great service. If you need a bobcat or large equipment to rent, call them first great prices great product great service.

The best heavy equipment rental and sales store on the Southside of town. The staff is very knowledgeable and friendly. The equipment is always in top notch shape and very accommodating to those who have to bring kids. Adam, Manny, Jay and the rest of the team are fantastic.

Keyan and Brett as well as the whole staff have bent over backwards to help us in any way they could. We were in between having a competitive machine go down and waiting on a new machine we’ve ordered to arrive. Even though I didn’t own a Bobcat at that time, they’ve really stepped up in the rental and the customer service game as a whole in the way they’ve treated us. The Covington location is excellent! I have rented and demo’d equipment from them and the service was top notch and very professional. Kendall in sales was very very helpful- I highly recommend working with him!

Was able to rent a Skid Steer on short notice. Keyen Filakosky (Covington Branch) was very helpful, professional and courteous. He walked me through the Bobcat and showed me the basics on how to work it. Will definitely rent from them again.
